I am absolutely not the first person to make this point. Let me repeat that. This is not my idea.
However, for telecom people, I think it can yield alot to look at the whole NN debate as a debate over termination pricing.
In brief, the internet has a natural-born “bill and keep” system — and there’s alot about that which is attractive.
